  • Service requirements & operating supplies

  • Initial branding, naming and graphic application

  • Concept Schematic – This initial layout would also be reviewed:

  • Service and guest operational flow

  • Overall facilities and space planning detail

PHASE 3
INTERIOR
DESIGN &
REVIEW

Partnering with the interior designer, review for operational and concept detail.

  • All phased of Interior and kitchen design review. Schematic, detail design packages, elevations.

  • Design Boards and FF&E packages.

  • Branding and graphic application.

  • Build Review – Remain connected throughout to ensure build and install is executed in line with concept and specifications.
