Architaste signature solution to the development of Restaurants and Bars.

The company has simplified the complicated process of building or renovating outlets by developing hassle-free packages that take a project all the way through from market research to post opening. Clients can take this model in its entirety or in any one of the three stages. Each stage has a fixed price. If you take all three stages the price is reduced. Either way, either way this takes a significant amount of pressure and work away from you.

Concept Development

  • Understanding the client’s needs, aspirations, and restraints

  • Market research and analysis

  • Document of high-level ideas (3 different options)

  • Concept documentation

  • Client presentation and review

  • Concept adjustments

  • The final deliverable to all stakeholders 

PHASE I

Opening (Done in conjunction with the operator)

  • Punching and defect cataloging for contractor follow up.

  • Outlet positioning, competitor pricing, and analysis

  • Concept menu development and pricing recommendations

  • Dish styling and tastings

  • Marketing strategy (includes social media calendar and storytelling training) 

  • Opening count-down 

  • Three months post-opening support

PHASE III

Design Development

  • Interior design mood board and different phases of layouts

  • Kitchen design and equipment selection, including operational design reviews

  • MEP & lighting design

  • FF&E set up & staging artifacts and adding operational elements

  • Branding and naming (owner is responsible for name registration and copyrighting)

  • Material and FF&E selection
